• PC software for call archiving and viewing of call lists over your network. Downloading of calls to your own PC can be done manually or automatically on start up or every 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 hours. You can also choose to download just the database for easy seaching of the calls or the calls themselves for back up to your hard drive or your CD writer. Can view up to 4 IP recorders (part 932).
• Monitoring software provides call listening while the call is live (part 933). Can be used by supervisors to listen to agents live ("agent observe")
• To make sure that no-one else can access your recordings without a physical "key", order a pack of 3 Crypto cards (part 930)
• USB/Ethernet cable connects your recorder to your USB port (part 936)
