You can also choose to download just the database for easy seaching of the calls or the calls themselves for back up to your hard drive or your CD writer. Can view up to 4 IP recorders (part 932)
• Archive and fax software to enable you to have faxed messages appear on screen in their original format (part 943)
• Call monitoring software provides call listening while the call is live. Can be used by supervisors to listen to agents live ("agent observe") (part 933)
• To make sure that no-one else can access your recordings without a physical "key", order a pack of 3 Crypto cards (part 930)
• USB/Ethernet cable connects your recorder to your USB port (part 936)
